Colleagues



This is just to let you know that my new personal website is now live at www.simonmaxwell.eu. My primary affiliation remains as a Senior Research Associate of ODI, but the website contains links to all my recent work, not all of which is through ODI; as well as an archive of past work. The most recent post is a draft review of Linda Polman’s critique of humanitarian aid. Next week, I will be posting a piece calling for a more explicit articulation of the ‘Commander’s Intent’ in EU development cooperation.
