Dear Colleagues,
I am pleased to invite you to attend and participate in this side event.
The session will address needs of African countries in terms of capacity building, technology transfer and adaptation, identify potential solutions and enabling support facilities and resources. While covering issues generally relevant to most African countries, particular emphasis and cases will apply to Portuguese speaking countries.
