Pablo Dreyfus works with “Viva Rio” in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he coordinates research on small arms issues in Brazil, and is collaborating with CERAC as a consultant to the Small Arms Survey. He holds a PhD in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland and he has extensive research experience in the area of arms trafficking and control.
