This explanation was given yesterday in Maputo, to the ambassadors of African, Asian and Latin American countries accredited in Mozambique, by the President of the National Electoral Commission (CNE), Leopoldo da Costa, in a meeting requested by them to become aware of the national electoral process as a whole.
