Airport drama as plane tyre explodes

The incident happened as the Southwest Airlines flight from New Orleans landed at Houston Hobby Airport in Texas.

Flames are then seen around the wheel before the passengers evacuate using chutes to the rear of the plane.

A Southwest Airlines spokesman said there were five crew members and 47 passengers on board. No one was injured in the incident.

Passengers said they experienced a rough landing and that the cabin crew got everyone from the plane quickly.
